3. Explanation of Repair and Estimate: We will check the condition of your iPhone and provide you with an estimate of the repair time and cost.
Once you agree to the quoted repair cost, we will begin the repair. Depending on the progress, you can wait in the store or use the time to run errands or shop nearby.
Once the repair is complete, we will notify you. If you're waiting in-store, we will inform you on-site. If you're out, we will contact you by phone or SMS. You can return at the agreed time, and we will hand over your iPhone for you to confirm the repair.
