Disclaimer Regarding Repairs

1. All iPhones subject to repair are treated as having malfunctions or damage.

2. Disassembly and repair may void manufacturer warranties or support.

3. Parts used for repairs may not be genuine, and post-repair appearance or quality may differ from genuine or new parts. In some cases, recycled parts may be used, and manufacturer logos may be displayed.

4. If the frame is bent, adjustments or shaving may be required for the repair, which may result in a change in appearance.

5. If the frame is deformed, the replaced glass or display may lift after the repair. We do not perform frame adjustments.

6. There is a possibility of damage occurring to the frame or body due to the materials during repair, and we cannot take responsibility for such damage.

7. During disassembly, voltage load may cause malfunction of parts such as fingerprint or face recognition, sensors, and cameras.

8. We do not touch the data during repair, but there is a risk of data loss due to the nature of the work. Please make sure to back up your data beforehand.

9. Depending on the repair content, it may take time to complete the repair.

10. Water damage recovery repairs are for the purpose of data extraction. There is no guarantee that the device will function normally after recovery, so please back up the data immediately.

11. For repairs of water-damaged iPhones that are powered on, the device may stop powering on or other functions may fail during the repair process.

12. If the repaired condition does not improve, we will return the device with the original parts reinstalled, but existing damage may worsen during the repair, and the device may not return to its original state.

13. If damage occurs to parts or the device during repair or diagnosis, we will be liable for damages up to the repair cost only if it was due to our gross negligence.

14. The original waterproof and water resistance performance of the device will be lost after the repair.

Investigation Fees

1. If repairs are not possible or the device is returned without part replacement, a 3,000 yen (tax included) investigation fee will be charged.

2. If part replacement is performed, no investigation fee will be charged.

3. For devices deemed irreparable or devices for which recommended part replacements were declined, we advise against further use. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from continued use.

Post-Repair Warranty

1. The warranty only covers the parts that were replaced or repaired by us.

2. The warranty period is three months from the completion of the repair. However, some parts may have a shorter warranty period.

3. The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

4. Warranty repairs are performed in-store only. Transportation and other expenses are not covered under the warranty.

Post-Repair Collection

1. If contact cannot be made with the customer and the device is left for 60 days after the repair is completed, we reserve the right to dispose of the device at our discretion.
