At Mobacol, we offer a 3-month warranty on all repairs to ensure that you can use your device with confidence after the service.

STEP 1: Reservation or Visit

Reception: You can make a reservation in advance by phone, LINE, or email. Reservations help us provide a smoother experience. Of course, walk-ins without reservations are also welcome.

STEP 2: Start of Repair

Once you agree to the quoted repair cost, we will begin the repair. Depending on the repair progress, you can either wait in the store or make use of the time to run errands or shop nearby.

STEP 3: Notification of Repair Completion

We will notify you as soon as the repair is completed. If you are waiting at the store, we will let you know on-site, or if you are out, we will contact you via phone or SMS. You may return at the agreed time. Upon returning, we will hand over your iPhone and ask you to confirm that the repair is done properly.
